Thank you to Fire Officer Dean Grason from the local brigade for giving the assembly on Monday. He spoke with the children about fire safety around bonfires and fireworks in preparation for Bonfire night. He also spoke to them about fire safety at home and the importance of smoke alarms. Some of the younger children had a chance to try on the Fire fighter’s uniform. The staff had a challenge to get ready for a fire in the fastest time.
